What "MR88DAYS" actually means
People ask why I'm called MR88DAYS. There are two reasons.
The business reason
88 days is my commitment to you. If you are selling, I commit to selling your home within 88 days, and if it doesn't sell in that time, my commission is free. Not a discount. Free. If you are buying, I commit to getting you into your new home within 88 days.
The personal reason
Turn 88 on its side and you get the infinity symbol. God is the Alpha and the Omega, no beginning and no end. That is who I answer to, and it is how I treat the people I work for.
How the guarantee works
- 1We agree on the list price together, based on current sales in your area.
- 2We complete the preparation plan before going live.
- 3The listing stays active for the full 88 days.
- 4If it hasn't sold by day 88, my side of the commission is waived at closing.
- 5Full terms are in the listing agreement.
