Real estate services

Ray Fernández-Silva is a licensed California real estate agent (DRE #01755107) brokered by Coldwell Banker Envision Global Luxury (Broker DRE #02211662). Information on this site is general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice. Home value estimates are opinions, not appraisals. Listing and guarantee terms, including the 88 day guarantee, apply only as stated in a signed written agreement.

How to opt in: You can join this program only through the chat widget on mr88days.com (the “Have a question?” button). The widget has two separate, optional, unchecked text message checkboxes, and you can send a question without checking either one. Our other website forms (home value, buyer, contact, and guide requests) do not sign you up for text messages.

Informational messages: If you check the first box, Joshua 24:15, Inc. (Ray Fernández-Silva, MR88DAYS) may text you at the number you provide, possibly using automated means, with replies to your question, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates about your real estate transaction.

Promotional messages: If you check the second box, Joshua 24:15, Inc. may also text you real estate offers and property and market updates. Promotional texts are sent only to people who checked this separate box.
